HELLO MAY! The month to make the most of it!
Soon, sunset will be after 9pm, and sunrise ever closer to five! Long days and two long weekends and maybe even lots of sunshine - we can but dream! When we opened the doors of The Sail Loft Dartmouth 3 years ago, in May 2021 we described it as an evolving and ever changing business, and with that in mind we are so excited to announce our new DAYTIME venture, making the most of our beautiful building and our Sunny Courtyard. Combining Rupert’s passion for great coffee and Sarah’s love of Bagels, along with our continued enthusiasm to always try something new, we are thrilled to be launching 3 new concepts - The Coffee Boat, The Bagel Bar, & The Work Loft all under the roof of our iconic building on Thursday 2nd May from 9.30am-2.30pm. As for the rest of May, well it's going to be another busy fun-filled month at The Sail Loft Dartmouth. Friday Nights continue with LIVE MUSIC & PIZZAS, starting with the legend that is Take Away Dave on the decks Friday 3rd May. The ever popular Giles Nuttall returns on 10th & 24th May, and Lost Natives, South Devon's premiere party band will be kicking off Dart Music Festival with a powerful collection of anthems, floor fillers & hits from the 70s through to the 20s. The rest of our Dart Music Festival will be announced early next week. Finally, we welcome back the hugely talented Joanna Cooke on Friday 31st May. On the FOOD side of things, we will be hosting a Dart Music Festival Brunch on Sunday 19th May, and we are VERY excited to be welcoming The Greedy Table aka Sigourney Mayer-Hughes to The Sail Loft Dartmouth for the first time, with an INCREDIBLE Mediterranean Sharing Feast on Thursday 23rd May. Both are bookable online. Roll on summer! See you soon. Love Rupert & Sarah x |
